The Rockfist! website provides an electronic means for accessing information about the music and good times available through the frivolous enjoyment of a Rockfist! show. This site is continually under development as we attempt to keep our content as current as possible.

All digital and print images using the Rockfist! name, logo, and graphics are copyright protected. All images and photography used in Rockfist! promotional materials are for the exclusive use of Rockfist! only.  This includes any and all printed and online material (posters, flyers, Rockfist! related merchandise, online graphics and logos, etc). 

You may use and/or distribute these materials ONLY with the express written permission of Rockfist! and/or its representatives. You will be asked to either credit Rockfist! with a URL link or other method as determined by the band or its designated representatives or cease to use materials in question for your private use.  "Fairly warned, ye be..."

COOKIES

We may use the standard "cookie" feature of major browser applications and other data capture mechanisms that allow us to store data about your visit to our website. Cookies help us learn which areas of our site are useful and which areas need improvement. We will not use cookies or other data capture mechanisms to collect any personally identifiable information about you.

FORMS & EMAIL

If you choose to identify yourself by sending us an e-mail or completing our on-line or printable forms, we use the personally identifying information to process your request or respond to you.

If you complete an online or printable form, the information you provide is up to you. However, if you do not provide certain information, such as your name and/or email, it may be impossible for us to respond to your request, should a request be warranted. We may retain this information in our files, either in electronic form or hardcopy. Some of this information is public data under the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act.
